Locate the nearest SCOF Services agent in your area, or reach out to us directly via phone or WhatsApp to place your order.
Provide the Recipient Number
Give the agent or our team the Safaricom phone number you want to top up. Make sure the number is correct before proceeding.
Choose Your Package
Tell the agent which service you need — Airtime, Data Bundle, Bonga Points, Calls & Minutes or any other available package.
Make Payment
Pay the agent in cash or via M-Pesa. If ordering via phone, you will receive an M-Pesa payment request sent to your number.
Receive Your Top-Up
Once payment is confirmed, the package is loaded to the recipient's Safaricom number immediately. You will receive an SMS confirmation.
